निष्कलंक मन लिएर यो चौबाटोमा उभिएँ भने
बाटोहरुले नै मलाई छोप्ने छन्
माया मानेर छिमेकीको आँगन टेकें भने
आफन्तहरुले नै छिर्के हानिदिने छन्
तीर्खा लागेर सियाल ताप्न
या धपेडिमा सुस्ताउन गति कम गरें भने
आफ्नै साथीभाई जाईलाग्ने छन् |
मूलबाटोमा मलाई छेकबार लगाएका छन्
कुलमा पानी नचल्ने बनाएका छन्
र टोलमा एक्लो पारेका छन्
नयाँ छिमलको लहर खोज्दै
पँधेरो मुनिको गल्ली छलेर यो एक्जीट लिन खोज्दा
मेरा आँखाहरु तिरमिराएका छन्
खुट्टाहरु लगपकाएका छन्
साह्रै कठीन भयो आजको दिन
बसुं - बासमा सर्प छिरेको छ
बाटो लागुं - अंधकारमा भूमरि परेको छ
यि चाक्ला परेका सडकहरुमा उभिएका मेपलका पातहरुले
मेरो भाकालाई सुसेल्दैनन्
असी माईलको गतिमा कुदेका आधुनिक लेक्ससहरुले
धिमा घर्सने मेरो पाईलालाई बाँध्न सक्दैनन्
सबै सबै छन् यहाँ र पनि कोही छैन
कोही पनि छैन यहाँ – मात्रै कुदिरहेका छन्
हावामा हुरी बहेर आउँछ,
जाडोमा हिउँ वर्षिएर झर्छ
बिपरित बाटोको लेनमा
यसरी बाहिरिएको छ – एउटा यात्री !

Respected Narayan Ji Paths and Roads are for us to walk and drive on We have to choose one path or road at a time They will not wrap or entangle us in a mess Rather they will guide us and lead us in our race. Listen others, be advised then analyze But take decision on your own price Let others make a cry Let them do a big sigh But do not blame them on your choice Because everyone is the best person to know about one’s own height And you are not an exception on that very side. Be firmed, move forward You can have an exit at a certain distance if you really want it Because there are several exists in certain distance, both in the highways of our lives and highways of our countryside, If not keep on moving forward till you get your destination site. We should get rid of paranoid thought The world will come and rescue if we got stuck If you are seeking advice for an exit Please read me twice and thrice Then you can decide, but on your own price Otherwise the poem is an excellent piece of imagination You have flown to a sublime height Congratulations for such a wonderful theme Waiting to read your other poems again and again.
